The ZR5-A is an intelligent and efficient central controller that acts as a gateway, working with up to 18 multiplexing nodes in an advanced multiplexing system. It is compatible with the MUX5-B node and optionally with the MUX4-Pn, and can connect to up to three CAN multiplexes. The device provides an effective CAN structure, supporting communication with devices such as MultiViu® Professional 12 and FAP+ and mFAP driver workstations. The ZR5-A supports flexible data rate (FD) and also acts as a central gateway for programming and diagnostics (EOL). The system is managed using KIBES®-5 development tools, supporting the ISO 26262 standard up to ASIL B.
